Why was I charged twice/ over-charged?
1. If You Are Being Charged a Second Time:

If you paid via PayPal, the second charge may be a pre-authorized payment, which will eventually be reversed. We recommend contacting PayPal to disable or remove the pre-authorization setting on your account.

If you paid by credit card, it could be a pending transaction. Please check the status of the transaction, as it will appear on your bank statement alongside the actual payment and should disappear within a few business days.

If you used installment payments, please verify your payment settings.
If you do not see any changes on your account within 5-7 business days, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Over-charged:
If only one transaction was made, but your statement shows a higher charge than the original price in the order confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate further.
