Free Replacement or Refund

If your order encounters any of the following issues, we will take full responsibility and offer a free replacement or refund within 45 days of delivery:

  1. The product differs significantly from the preview shown to you.
  2. The product is damaged due to errors from our factory or the carrier.
  3. The received item does not match your order.
  4. Items are missing from your order.

You may choose to either replace the product or request a refund.

(We believe that replacements or refunds are the most effective solutions for resolving any issues. As such, we do not have a return policy, and you may keep or dispose of the original item as you see fit.)



How to Request Assistance

Please stay calm and follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.
  2. Send the images or videos along with your order number to [email protected].

Our team will process your request promptly!



Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The approximate timelines are as follows:

  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: We do not accept return requests. Please do not send your order back to us.



Replacement Policy (Small Fee Required)

If your order encounters an issue due to the following reasons, we will provide a replacement at a significantly reduced fee compared to the original price:

  1. Incorrect product, design, or size received due to customized information errors during order placement.
  2. The delivery address provided was incorrect, resulting in the item being returned or destroyed.
