Made-to-Order Quality Assurance
All Casecoc products are made to order. This means that once you place an order, we produce each item individually to ensure the highest product quality.
Production Period
- The production process takes 2-3 business days, starting from the first business day after your order is confirmed.
- This period includes material preparation, meticulous craftsmanship, and thorough quality checks.
Important Notes
- The production time does not include shipping time. Delivery duration will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- During peak periods, such as promotional campaigns or holidays, production time may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. In such cases, we will notify customers in advance through announcements or emails.
Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards. This detailed production process allows us to provide you with products that you can trust and enjoy.
Shipping & Fees
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of $50 or more, ensuring that you can enjoy your shopping experience without any additional costs.
- Ordinary Delivery: For orders below $50, a shipping fee of $6 will be applied. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and delivering your order securely.
- Expedited Delivery: A flat rate of $20.
We partner with multiple carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Orders are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. Please note that additional fees may apply if your order requires customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Time
We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding public holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The estimated delivery time includes two main components:

Production Time
Your order will be queued for production, and the time may vary based on order volume. For personalized or modified orders, additional time may be required for adjustments, depending on the complexity of your request. -
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your location. While we work closely with logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, shipping times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Below is a reference shipping time chart:

Notes:
- Canvas, posters, and metal signs cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
- Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. You can log in to our website to track your package in real time. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, in which case you will receive multiple emails with tracking numbers.
Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet updated the package status. Tracking details will appear on the tracking page as soon as the package is scanned.
If your package exceeds the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Address Issues
- Ensure that you provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or result in the package being returned.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- If you request an address change with the carrier after your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur as a result.
