Why my order is left at the collecting point?

Sometimes, the delivery agent may not be able to find a safe place to leave your package, or they may miss it while collecting packages in the morning. In such cases, they will leave a collection notice with instructions on how and where to pick up your package. You can also check the tracking link for further details, as all relevant information will be updated there.

If you cannot find the collection instructions, please contact our support team immediately for further assistance. Please note that packages are only held for a limited period before being returned to the sender if they are marked as uncollected (i.e., no one retrieves the package).
