In Casecoc, a special character is any symbol that is not an alphabet letter. Some examples include:

• Error in Font:
  We use different fonts for our products, but some may not support special characters correctly. This can result in unusual symbols, square shapes, or blank spaces where the characters should appear.

• Error in Numbers:
  Our team carefully designs each product to ensure it conveys the correct meaning. If a letter or phrase is needed but a number is used instead, it may result in an error.

2. How to Avoid Errors:

Please follow the steps below to ensure your design is accurate:

• Check the preview carefully before placing your order.
  If you notice that special punctuation is not supported in the preview image, please make a note when placing your order and contact us so we can assist with manual adjustments.

• If your order has already been placed, please contact us within 2 hours to modify your order and change the font immediately.
