My order was shown “Delivered” but nothing was received.

  1. Check for a PO Box: If you have a PO Box, your package might have been delivered there. Please visit the post office to collect it.

  2. Check with Neighbors or Housemates: Your package might have been delivered to a neighbor or housemate by mistake. Reach out to them to see if they have received it.

  3. Carrier Prematurely Marked as Delivered: Some carriers' GPS systems may update the status of a shipment as "Delivered" before it actually arrives. Please allow 2–3 business days, as the package may have been marked as delivered in error and should arrive shortly.

  4. Verify the Delivery Address: Double-check the delivery address on your order confirmation to ensure it was entered correctly. If the address was incorrect, the package might have been delivered to the wrong location.
