How to submit a forwarding request since I've moved before the order was shipped?

We regret to inform you that our standard shipping packages do not support forwarding requests.

We strongly recommend that you personally contact your local post office with your tracking number to check the status of your initial request. (Please reach out to us first to obtain the correct transfer order number and relevant contact information.)

On our end, we can assist by monitoring the shipment until it reaches the final post office. Once there, we can notify you, allowing you to place a hold request and arrange for pickup at your convenience.
