How to modify my order?

You can modify your order by simply contacting us.

Please provide your order number and all the necessary details for the adjustment.

NOTE:

• We process orders quickly to ensure they arrive as soon as possible, so we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to change your order. Modifications can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be adjusted. If the change is important to you, please contact us without delay, and we will do our best to assist.

• During the holiday season, modification requests may result in a longer processing time.

• In some cases, additional fees may apply for modifications.
